Is saving the world, not enough? To impress you people sure is tough!
You sit there and gawk all day, expecting me to say,
Don't fear, now, you're safe and sound, i'm here to make evil pay!
I'm tired of doing your dirty work,
While you just stand there being a jerk,
I can't always be everywhere at once, to believe that, you must be such a dunce!
It's so humiliating every day, to walk around in tights,
but you people just want more and more, but Superman has some rights!
So now i say, so long, good day,
from now on you fight your own fights!
haha, nice poem cleto, you used a wide choice of words witch made the poem more enjoyable to read (ex. gawk, humiliating). The poem really describes the picture you chose aswell.

ReplyDeleteThe poem and the picture were opposites i thought the picture looked like he was stupid and sat on the couch all day, but the words you used like.. gawk and dunce made it sound more intelligent. it was a good combo. Nice poem
